How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 17).

To request deletion, send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address or username associated with your account so we can identify and process your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Account data: Name, email, authentication credentials, and subscription information.
• Chat history: All messages exchanged with JARVI and its agents (Grim, Murphy, Forge, Chronicles) across all platforms — including Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Integration data: Google Calendar and Google Tasks OAuth tokens and cached data.
• Goal and memory data: All goals, milestones, and memory entries stored by Forge and Chronicles.
• Platform identifiers: Your Telegram ID, Facebook/Instagram PSID, and WhatsApp phone number as stored in our system.
• Usage analytics: Daily usage counters, session data, and tier history.

What We Cannot Delete

• Data held by third parties: We cannot delete data stored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Telegram, Google, or Stripe on their own servers. Please contact those platforms directly to request deletion from their systems.
• Legal obligations: Certain financial records (invoices, payment history) may be retained as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO, up to 10 years).

Processing Timeline

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt, as required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you within 7 days. The 30-day processing period begins once identity verification is complete.
